Entry Procedure

If you wish to paticipate in the SOTOLABO event, please read the following instructions.

Capacity	No reservation is necessary. Up to 15 participants may be seated.
Venue	Gardens of Koishikawa Annex, the University Museum, the University of Tokyo ( The museum is closed and exhibitions are not open for tours. )
Date	Please see the SOTOLABO website.
In case of rain	In case of rain, the event will be cancelled. In the event of cancellation, a notice will be posted on the main gate of the Koishikawa Annex by noon on the day of the event. If it starts raining at the time of the event, the event may be canceled at that time.
Fee	Free of charge
Meeting	Please gather in front of the main gate of the Koishikawa Annex 15 minutes before the scheduled time and enter in order.
Attention	Please refrain from coming if you have any of the following; Have a fever of 37.5℃ or higher. Have cold-like symptoms such as cough, sneezing, runny nose, sore throat, etc. Please be prepared for weather changes.
